The development and application on integrated medical and nursing rehabilitation management system of elderly hip frac-tures
Objective To construct an integrated rehabilitation management system of elderly hip fractures and evaluate its application effect.Methods Convenience sampling method was used to select 96 patients from July to November 2022 before the application of the sys-tem to be included in the control group for traditional rehabilitation training.After the application of the system,102 patients from December 2022 to July 2023 were included in the experimental group,and the whole process of rehabilitation training was evaluated-planned-implemen-ted-evaluated by the system.Results Scores of hip function,self-efficacy,self-care ability,functional exercise compliance and satisfaction were significantly higher in the experimental group than those in the control group(P＜0.01).Conclusion The application of integrated re-habilitation management system for elderly hip fracture can optimize the work flow of clinical rehabilitation nursing,help accelerate patients'recovery,improve the rehabilitation effect.
