Construction and practice of outpatient service plan for opportunistic screening of high-risk breast cancer
Objective To explore the construction and application effect of outpatient opportunistic screening services for high-risk breast cancer. Methods Relevant guidelines and expert consensus on breast cancer screening were retrieved, and the outpatient opportunistic screening service process of high-risk breast cancer was constructed. From May to July in 2023,a total of 386 patients in the breast clinic of a tertiary class A hospital were selected.A total of 184 cases of breast cancer outpatients in the north hospital were selected as the experimen-tal group, and the high-risk breast cancer opportunistic screening outpatient service was implemented. And 202 cases of outpatients in the south hospital were selected as the control group, and the routine breast outpatient service was implemented. The implementation rate of screening within 1 week and 3 months, the detection rate of breast cancer, the interval between screening and the first treatment, and the satis-faction of treatment were compared between the two groups. Results The screening implementation rates within 1 week and 3 months were 65.22%and 79.34%in the experimental group, and 61.39%and 41.58%in the control group, respectively. The interval between screening and first treatment was(4.75±0.85)days in the experimental group and(11.22±2.11)days in the control group. The satisfaction rate of medical process, medical service, screening appointment and follow-up service in the test group was 78.80%,85.33%,79.89%and 86.96%,respectively,which were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The opportunistic screening outpatient service process for high-risk breast cancer has a good clinical application effect, high acceptance of the screening population, and can improve the satisfaction of medical treatment, which is feasible.
