The chain mediating effect of pain catastrophizing and psychogenic anxiety between pain and kinesiophobia in patients with a-cute coronary syndrome
Objective To explore the influencing factors and action path of kinesiophobia in patients with acute coronary syndrome, and to provide theoretical basis for further development of cardiac rehabilitation exercise intervention program. Methods From July 2022 to February 2023,302 patients with acute coronary syndrome in a tertiary class A hospital in Harbin were selected as the research objects by convenient sampling method. The general data questionnaire,Numeric Rating Scale,Pain Catastrophizing Scale,Cardiac Anxiety Questionnaire and the Tampa Scale for Kinesiophobia Heart were used for questionnaire survey. Results The scores of pain, pain catastrophizing,psychogen-ic anxiety and kinesiophobia in patients with acute coronary syndrome were(5.44±2.31),(24.20±9.29),(33.20±8.19)and(46.10±6.14),re-spectively,and were positively correlated in pairs(P<0.01).Pain,pain catastrophizing and psychogenic anxiety were the influencing factors of patients'kinesiophobia(P<0.05).The results of mediating effect analysis showed that pain catastrophizing and psychogenic anxiety played a chain mediating effect between pain and kinesiophobia in patients with acute coronary syndrome, accounting for 62.15%of the total indirect effect. Conclusion The kinesiophobia of patients with acute coronary syndrome is at a high level.Pain catastrophizing and psychogenic anxie-ty play a chain mediating effect between pain and kinesiophobia. Therefore, medical and nursing staff should pay attention to the cognitive and psychological changes of patients, reduce their adverse effects, thereby alleviating the kinesiophobia.
