摘要
阿尔茨海默病患者常由于认知功能下降、自我护理能力缺失等原因导致较差的口腔卫生状况,口腔卫生状况不佳又会影响病情的治疗和转归,其口腔健康管理越来越引起医护人员的重视.文章对阿尔茨海默病患者口腔健康现状,以及医院、自我、家庭、社区 4 个方面健康管理现状进行综述,并提出增强护士培养力度、重视患者行为转变、规范护理干预程序、提高社会支持的建议,旨在为后期相关干预研究提供参考依据.
Abstract
Patients with Alzheimer's disease often have poor oral hygiene due to cognitive decline,lack of self-care ability and other reasons.Poor oral hygiene will affect the treatment and outcome of the disease,and their oral health management has attracted more and more attention from medical staff.The article reviewed the oral health status of patients with Alzheimer's disease,as well as the status of health man-agement in four aspects:hospital,self,family and community.It also proposed to strengthen the training of nurses,pay attention to the change of patients'behavior,standardize the nursing intervention procedures,and improve social support,aiming to provide reference for later related intervention research.
