角膜溃疡患者症状特征的潜在剖面分析

摘要
目的 探讨角膜溃疡患者症状的潜在类别,分析不同类别的特征性差异,为制订多症状管理方案提供临床依据.方法 2022 年 8 月至 2023 年 2 月,采用便利抽样法选取重庆市某三级甲等医院眼科住院的 138 例角膜溃疡患者为研究对象,采用一般资料调查表和患者报告结局测量信息系统简表对患者进行问卷调查.结果 角膜溃疡患者症状特征分为 3 个类别:低症状低心理负担组(23.91%)、中症状中心理负担组(48.55%)、高症状高心理负担组(27.54%);其中性别、视力及角膜溃疡面积是影响角膜溃疡患者症状特征潜在类别的预测因素(均P＜0.05).结论 角膜溃疡患者的症状特征存在异质性,临床医护人员应更加关注女性、视力＜0.01 以及溃疡面积＞15 mm2 的患者.
Abstract
Objective To explore the potential categories of symptoms in patients with corneal ulcer,analyze the characteristic differ-ences of different categories,and provide clinical basis for the development of multi-symptom management programs.Methods From August 2022 to February 2023,138 inpatients with corneal ulcer in the department of ophthalmology of a tertiary class A hospital in Chongqing were selected as the research objects by convenient sampling method.The patients were investigated by general information questionnaire and Patient-Reported Outcomes Measurement Information System Short Form.Results The symptom characteristics of patients with corneal ulcer were divided into three categories:low symptom and low psychological burden group(23.91%),moderate symptoms and moderate psychologi-cal burden group(48.55%),and high symptom high psychological burden group(27.54%).Gender,visual acuity and ulcer area were predic-tors of potential categories(all P＜0.05).Conclusion The symptomatic characteristics of corneal ulcer are heterogeneous and can be divided into 3 latent classes.It is suggested that the clinical staff should pay attention to women patients,patients with visual acuity＜0.01 and ulcer area＞15 mm2.
