Construction of a risk prediction model for the formation of lower extremity deep vein thrombosis after laparoscopic surgery in patients with uterine fibroids
Objective To analyze the risk factors of lower limb deep vein thrombosis in patients with hysteromyoma after laparoscopic surgery, and to construct prediction models. Methods A total of 180 patients with uterine fibroids admitted to a hospital from October 2020 to May 2022 were selected as the research subjects, and they were divided into the occurrence group(n=38)and the non-occurrence group(n=142)according to whether or not they developed lower extremity deep vein thrombosis after surgery.Logistic regression was used to ana-lyze the risk factors affecting the formation of lower extremity deep vein thrombosis after laparoscopy in patients with uterine fibroids, and in-ternal data were used to verify the clinical efficacy of the Nomogram model. Results Deep vein thrombosis of the lower extremities occurred in 38 of 180 patients with uterine fibroids, with an incidence rate of 21.11%.The related risk factors included age>50 years(OR=1.847),operation time>60 min(OR=1.623),intraoperative pneumoperitoneum pressure>15 mm Hg(OR=1.518),postoperative bedtime>5 d(OR=2.208),and routine postoperative care(OR=1.791)(P<0.05).The model predicted that the risk threshold for patients to develop lower extremity deep vein thrombosis in the postoperative period was>0.07.Conclusion The risk factors that affected the formation of lower extremity deep vein thrombosis in patients with uterine fibroids after laparoscopy include age, operation time, intraoperative pneumoperitoneum pressure, postoperative bed rest time, and postoperative nursing methods, and the model constructed based on that has a good predictive value.
