Objective To evaluate the intervention effect of Pilates therapy on patients with chronic no-specific low back pain and ki-nesiophobia.Methods The Cochrane Library,CINAHL,PubMed,Embase,Scopus,Springer,China Biomedical Literature Database,CNKI,Wanfang Data Service Platform, and VIP Chinese Science and Technology Journal Database were searched by computer for randomized con-trolled trials on the intervention effect of Pilates therapy on patients with chronic nonspecific low back pain and kinesiophobia. The search time limit was from the establishment of the database to October 30,2023.Meta-analysis was performed using RevMan 5.3 software. Results A to-tal of 5 articles and 796 patients were included. The results of Meta-analysis showed that there was a statistically significant difference in the kinesiophobia score between the two groups[MD=-0.72,95% CI(-1.24,-0.51),P=0.001].Compared with the pad Pilates, the instrument Pilates can provide faster and better results[MD=-1.46,95% CI(-1.84,-0.91),P<0.001].The pain score of the Pilates group was lower than that of the conventional group[MD=-4.95,95% CI(-6.43,-3.85),P<0.001].The RMDQ total score of patients in the Pilates group was lower than that in the conventional group[MD=-3.05,95% CI(-3.84,-2.25),P<0.001].Conclusion On the basis of the con-ventional education manual,Pilates therapy intervention can reduce the symptoms of kinesiophobia in patients with chronic nonspecific low back pain, reduce the degree of pain in patients, reduce the risk of dysfunction in patients, and provide reference for the intervention of pa-tients with kinesiophobia.
