Application of evidence-based practice model in bed rest time of patients after intrauterine insemination
Objective To apply the best evidence of bed rest time after intrauterine insemination to clinical practice and evaluate its effect. Methods The Iowa evidence-based practice model was used to guide the practice of bed rest time after intrauterine insemination. The comfort degree, clinical pregnancy rate, relevant knowledge level of medical staff and the implementation rate of each review index were com-pared before and after the application of evidence. Results After the application of the evidence, there was no statistically significant differ-ence in patient comfort and treatment success rate(P>0.05),the knowledge level of medical staff was improved(P<0.05),the implementa-tion rate of medical staff on the new evidence reached 100%,and the compliance rate of patients with the new evidence reached 83.53% or a-bove.Conclusion Shortening bed rest time after intrauterine insemination does not affect the clinical pregnancy rate.Through evidence-based practice, the knowledge level of medical staff is further improved and the nursing process is optimized.
