"导师制"作为一种促进知识获取和支持角色转换的有效教学策略,在护理行业中已运用多年,但在新护士长培养中应用尚处于探索阶段。文章采用SWOT分析法,对"导师制"带教模式在新护士长培养中的优势、劣势、机会和威胁 4 个方面进行分析,旨在为新护士长培养模式的不断完善和良性发展提供参考。
SWOT analysis and coping strategies of tutorial teaching on the training of new nurse leaders
As an effective teaching strategy to promote knowledge acquisition and support role transformation,the tutorial teaching has been used for many years,but its application in the training of new nurse leaders were under the exploratory stage.The strengths,weaknesses,opportunities and threats of tutorial teaching on the training of new nurse leaders were comprehensively analyzed by SWOT method,to provide reference for the continuous improvement and benign development of the training model of new nurse leaders.
