Application effect of online follow-up model in premature infants after discharge
Objective To explore the effect of online follow-up mode in premature infants after discharged.Methods A total of 486 premature infants were divided into the control group(n=226)and the intervention group(n=260)according to admission time.The control group were given traditional outpatient follow-up model,on the basis of the control group,the intervention group established the Inter-net on-line follow-up group,formulated the on-line follow-up intervention plan in premature infants after discharged and implementation.The follow-up rates,follow-up compliance and parents'satisfaction between two groups were compared.Results The follow-up rate,follow-up compliance and parents'satisfaction of the intervention group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion The online follow-up model in premature infants can effectively improve the follow-up compliance and parents'satisfaction.Therefore,it is worth promoting in clinical practice.
