摘要
轻度认知障碍是老年痴呆的前期阶段,对轻度认知障碍早期筛查评估可有效预防其向痴呆转变.电子化筛查评估工具快捷高效,是现阶段认知筛查的主流趋势.文章对国内外轻度认知障碍患者的电子化认知功能评估工具的内容、特点及应用情况进行综述,指出目前电子化认知评估工具的优点及不足,并提出未来展望,旨在为今后引进和开发更适合我国轻度认知障碍患者特点的本土化认知评估工具提供参考.
Abstract
The mild cognitive impairment is the early stage of senile dementia,the early screening and assessment of mild cognitive im-pairment can effectively prevent its transition to dementia.The electronic screening evaluation tool which is the mainstream trend of cognitive screening that it shows fast and efficient.The paper summarizes the content,characteristics and application of electronic cognitive function as-sessment tool at home and abroad,points out the advantages and disadvantages of the electronic cognitive assessment tools,and puts forward the future outlook.It aims to provide reference for the future introduction and the development of localized cognitive assessment tools that are more suitable for the characteristics of mild cognitive impairment patients in China.
