Construction of quality evaluation system of home hospice care
Objective To establish a quality evaluation system of home hospice care,so as to provide a basis for improving the quality of home hospice care.Methods Under the guidance of three-dimensional quality structure model,comfort theory and human care theory,the quality evaluation system was initially formed through literature review.Two rounds of Delphi consultation were conducted among 13 experts to discuss the content of the indicators,and the weight of the indicators was calculated by analytic hierarchy process.Results The effective re-covery rates of the two rounds of Delphi consultation were 100.00%and 92.31%,the expert authority coefficients were 0.915 and 0.933,and the Kendall's harmony coefficients were 0.153 and 0.170.Finally,the quality evaluation system formed including 3 first-level indicators,15 second-level indicators and 50 third-level indicators.Conclusion The quality evaluation system of home hospice care is scientific and comprehensive,which can provide reference for the quality evaluation of home hospice care.
