"1+X"证书制度背景下基于书证融通开展老年护理教学改革的SWOT分析

摘要
在人口老龄化和国家职业教育改革的双重背景下,书证融通是落地"1+X"证书制度的必然选择,是进一步深化老年照护职业人才培养和评价模式改革的重要手段.文章对"1+X"证书制度背景下基于书证融通开展老年护理教学改革实践的内部优势与劣势、外部机遇与挑战进行态势分析,并从多角度对当前基于书证融通开展的老年护理教学改革提出建议,以期进一步提高我国老年照护职业人才培养质量.
Abstract
Against the double background of population aging and national vocational education reform,documentary evidence integra-tion was an inevitable choice for fully implementing the"1+X" certificate system,which was an important approach to further deepen reform of the training and evaluation model of geriatric care professionals.The paper analyzed the strengths,weaknesses,opportunities and threats of the practice status of geriatric care teaching reform based on the documentary evidence integration under the background of"1+X" certificate system.In addition,some proposals were offered on the current geriatric care teaching reform based on the documentary evidence integration from multiple perspective,to further improve training quality of geriatric care professionals in China.
