摘要
目的 探讨终端智能柜在ICU医用高值耗材管理中的应用及效果评价.方法 基于ICU病房医用高值耗材管理需求,设计研发ICU医用高值耗材终端智能柜,并融合物流管理系统、医院信息系统和物联网技术对ICU医用高值耗材实行信息化管理,将2020 年7 月至2020 年12 月设为应用前,2021 年7 月至2021 年12 月设为应用后,对比应用前后ICU医用高值耗材管理效率、取用和计费准确率、护士满意度.结果 应用终端智能柜后,护士每周对医用高值耗材申领、盘库、整理、取用时间均较应用前缩短(P＜0.001),医用高值耗材取用和计费准确性提升(P＜0.001);护士对医用高值耗材信息化管理、取用便捷性、配送及时性、盘库精准性、全程可追溯性和总体满意度均较应用前提升(P＜0.001).结论 终端智能柜优化了ICU医用高值耗材申领、审批、配送、取用、盘点、计费、入档等流程,实现ICU病房医用高值耗材全流程闭环管理和全生命周期可溯源,降低了护士对医用高值耗材管理时间和精力投入,提升了医用高值耗材管理效率.
Abstract
Objective To explore the application and effect evaluation of terminal intelligent cabinet in ICU medical high-value con-sumables management.Methods Based on the management requirements of medical high-value consumables in ICU,the intelligent cabinet of medical high-value consumables terminal was designed with integrating supply processing and distribution(SPD),hospital information system(HIS)and Internet of Things technology.July 2020 to December 2020 was set as the pre-application,and July 2021 to December 2021 was set as the post-application.The management efficiency of ICU medical high-value consumables before and after application was compared.Results After the application of terminal intelligent cabinet,the weekly time for nurses to apply,inventory,arrange and access medical high-value consumables was shortened compared with before the application(P＜0.001),and the accuracy of medical high-value consumables access and billing was improved(P＜0.001).The nurses'information management,access convenience,delivery timeliness,in-ventory accuracy,traceability and overall satisfaction of medical high-value consumables were all improved compared with those before appli-cation(P＜0.001).Conclusion The terminal intelligent cabinet optimized the process of ICU medical high-value consumables requisition,approval,distribution,access,inventory,billing,filing,etc.,realized the whole process of closed-loop management and full life-cycle tracea-bility of medical high-value consumables in ICU wards,reduced the nurses'time and energy investment in the management of medical high-value consumables,and enhanced the efficiency of the management of medical high-value consumables.
