The research on current situation and improvement path of medical staff allocation in township hospitals of China from the per-spective of configuration
Objective To analyse the fairness of medical staff allocation in township health centers in 31 provinces of China and provide reference for the rational allocation of basic health and medical resources.Methods The fuzzy-set qualitative comparative analysis method was used to analyze the allocation of medical staff in township hospitals in 31 provinces,and to establish specific paths to affect the fairness of medi-cal staff in township hospitals.Results High equity in township hospitals staffing included 4 histogram pathways with an overall coverage of 0.627 and an overall consistency of 0.997.Conclusion At present,there is a significant difference in the fairness of medical staff allocation a-mong different regions in China,and there are many factors that affect fairness.Multiple configuration paths can be used to improve the fairness of medical resources allocation in township health centers.
