The analysis of status and influencing factors on affective domain ability of female nurses in tertiary hospitals
Objective To understand the female nurses'affective domain ability in tertiary hospitals and analyze the influencing factors.Methods From November 2021 to October 2022,32 086 female nurses in tertiary hospitals were conveniently selected as the study subjects.The survey was conducted using the Nurse Affective Domain Ability Scale.Results The total score of affective domain ability was(102.14±18.35),with an average score of(4.09±0.74).The scores of professional value evaluation ability,professional belief perception ability,professional con-notation comprehension ability,and professional value internalization ability were(4.17±0.78),(4.14±0.80),(4.09±0.77),and(3.97±0.82),respectively.Age,years of work experience,personal annual income,parenting situation,and affective domain ability training were important influencing factors(P<0.01).Conclusion The affective domain ability of female nurses in tertiary hospitals is at a medium or upper level.It is recommended that incentives or training programs be developed for nurses under the age of 25,working for no more than 5 years,with an annual personal income of less than 50 000 yuan,without having children,and who have not participated in emotional competency training,so as to improve the level of affective domain ability of nurses quickly.
