摘要
目的 探讨三级综合医院女性护士的情域能力现状并分析其影响因素.方法 2021 年 11 月至 2022 年 10 月便利选取三级医院的女性护士 32 086 名为研究对象,使用护士情域能力测评量表进行调查.结果 情域能力总分为(102.14±18.35)分,条目均分(4.09±0.74)分.其中专业价值评价能力、专业信念感知能力、专业内涵领悟能力和专业价值内化能力分别为(4.17±0.78)分、(4.14±0.80)分、(4.09±0.77)分和(3.97±0.82)分;年龄、工作年限、个人年收入、孕育子女情况、情域能力培训是其重要影响因素(P<0.01).结论 三级医院女性护士情域能力处于中等偏上水平,建议针对年龄 25 岁以下、工作时间不超过 5 年、个人年收入小于5 万、无孕育子女和未参加过情域能力培训的护士制订激励措施或培训计划,以快速提升护士的情域能力水平.
Abstract
Objective To understand the female nurses'affective domain ability in tertiary hospitals and analyze the influencing factors.Methods From November 2021 to October 2022,32 086 female nurses in tertiary hospitals were conveniently selected as the study subjects.The survey was conducted using the Nurse Affective Domain Ability Scale.Results The total score of affective domain ability was(102.14±18.35),with an average score of(4.09±0.74).The scores of professional value evaluation ability,professional belief perception ability,professional con-notation comprehension ability,and professional value internalization ability were(4.17±0.78),(4.14±0.80),(4.09±0.77),and(3.97±0.82),respectively.Age,years of work experience,personal annual income,parenting situation,and affective domain ability training were important influencing factors(P<0.01).Conclusion The affective domain ability of female nurses in tertiary hospitals is at a medium or upper level.It is recommended that incentives or training programs be developed for nurses under the age of 25,working for no more than 5 years,with an annual personal income of less than 50 000 yuan,without having children,and who have not participated in emotional competency training,so as to improve the level of affective domain ability of nurses quickly.
