Accumulating strength for the economic effectiveness of nursing and leading the new develop-ment of nursing career
Nurses play an important role in the healthcare service system,and as an important force in maintaining and safeguarding people's life safety and health,they must pay simultaneous attention to the social benefits and economic effectiveness of nursing in order to a-chieve the goal of improving nursing services.Based on the analysis and comparison of the current research status of nursing economic effec-tiveness at home and abroad,the article deepens the understanding and recognition of the economic value of nursing in society and explores the promotion strategies of nursing economic effectiveness from three aspects:nursing economic education,role expansion,and integrated de-velopment of new fields,in order to explore a new impetus for the high quality development of nursing.
