A study on the cost benefit situation of 47 wound stoma specialist nursing clinics in Hu'nan Province
Objective To understand the cost benefit of wound stoma specialist nursing clinics,and to provide a basis for improving the cost benefit management level of wound stoma specialist nursing clinics.Methods A self-designed cost benefit questionnaire for wound sto-ma specialist nursing clinics was used to investigate 47 wound stoma specialist nursing clinics in Hu'nan Province.The monetizable cost bene-fit of wound stoma specialist nursing clinics,nursing individual patients and patient satisfaction were to investigated.Results The monetizable costs of 47 wound stoma specialist nursing clinics in Hu'nan Province were higher than the benefits(benefit/cost＜1.0).The monetizable costs of 466 individual patients in the wound stoma specialist outpatient care was higher than the benefits(benefit/cost＜1.0).There were 492 cases(92.66%)with an overall satisfaction rating of≥8 points for the wound stoma specialist nursing clinic.Conclusion The monetiz-able cost benefit of the wound stoma specialist nursing clinic is in an inverted state,indicating that the wound stoma specialist nursing clinic needs to scientifically control costs,appropriately add full-time nurses in the wound stoma specialist outpatient clinic,optimize the wound sto-ma specialist nursing process,and strive for wound stoma specialist nursing related policies,so as to improve the cost benefit management of the wound stoma specialist nursing clinic.
