Objective Based on the domestic demand for the development of genetic nursing practice,a scientific and practical training system for oncology genetic nurses based on genetic nursing practice standard is constructed to provide an effective basis for the training of on-cology genetic nursing professional in China.Methods Based on the nursing practice standards of genetics and genomics published by the International Association of Genetic Nurses and the American Nurses Association,the training program system of oncology genetic nurses was preliminarily formulated through literature review and expert interviews.Delphi expert consultation method and analytic hierarchy process were used to establish the training system of oncology genetic nurses.Results A total of 38 experts from 17 provinces and cities in China and the United States were included.The effective recovery rates of the two rounds of consultation questionnaires were 92.86%and 97.44%.The ex-pert authority coefficients were 0.788 and 0.856.The Kendall's coefficients of concordance of the indicators at all levels in the two rounds of consultationwere0.119～0.161 and0.106～0.136,respectively(P＜0.001).The final training system for oncology genetic nurses included 4 first-level indicators,23 second-level indicators,and 129 third-level indicators.Conclusion The training system of oncology genetic nurses is reliable,professional and comprehensive,and the construction process is scientific and reasonable,which can provide reference for the training of oncology genetic nurses in China.
