Latent profile analysis of reproductive concerns in young breast cancer patients
Objective To explore the latent profile characteristics of reproductive concerns in young breast cancer patients, and to ana-lyze the characteristics of different types of patients. Methods A total of 300 young breast cancer patients from two grade A tertiary hospitals in Harbin were investigated by the General Data Questionnaire,Reproductive Concerns After Cancer scale(RCAC),the Distress Disclosure Index(DDI),and Perceived Partner Responsiveness Scale(PPRS).Latent profile analysis and disordered multinomial Logistic regression model were used to explore the latent characteristics and influencing factors of reproductive concerns. Results Four potential categories were obtained:low reproductive concerns-self-worry type(12.67%),medium reproductive concerns-balanced type(35.67%),medium reproduc-tive concerns-self-worry type(21.33%),high reproductive concerns-balanced type(30.33%).Age,family per capita monthly income, whether it is the only child, family reproductive desire, family genetic history,self-disclosure,and perceived partner responsiveness were the influencing factors of the latent profile of patients'reproductive concerns. Conclusion There is obvious heterogeneity in reproductive con-cerns of young breast cancer patients. In clinical nursing, individualized interventions should be constructed according to different classification characteristics and influencing factors to reduce the level of reproductive concerns of patients.
