Potential profile analysis of psychological resilience of medical staff
Objective To explore the potential categories of psychological resilience of health-care workers and analyze the factors in-fluencing the different categories.Methods A total of 800 healthcare workers from three hospitals in Guangdong Province and Jiangxi Prov-ince were selected for the survey from April to May 2022 using the convenience cluster sampling method,and a psychological resilience scale was used to conduct the questionnaire survey.Potential profile analysis and multiclassified Logistic regression analysis were also used to exam-ine the population types and demographic influences on psychological resilience of healthcare workers.Results The psychological resilience of the healthcare population could be divided into three categories,including low resilience group(36.12%),medium resilience group(49.00%)and high resilience group(14.88%).Using the low resilience group as a reference,education level,title and party membership had a predictive effect on the medium resilience group,while education level and title alone had a predictive validity on the high resilience group.Conclusion The psychological resilience of healthcare workers is heterogeneous.In the future,we can strengthen the integration and practice of party organizational life,continuing education and academic upgrading of healthcare workers,help the assessment of their titles and promotion of their positions in various aspects,so as to enhance their psychological resilience.
