摘要
在健康中国的大背景下,老龄化和数字化已逐渐成为医疗行业研究的重点和热点之一.文章综述了在线医疗健康信息行为的相关概念以及老年人在线医疗健康信息行为的研究现状,从人口学因素、个人健康因素、技术信息因素、社会支持因素等方面分析了老年人在线医疗健康信息行为的影响因素,并提出进一步完善老年人在线医疗健康信息行为研究、重视老年人在线健康信息素养的教育培训、关注老年人在线医疗使用体验、加强社会支持干预的建议,为提升我国老年人在线医疗健康信息行为,推动智慧养老事业发展提供依据.
Abstract
Aging and digitization have gradually become the research hotspots in the context of Healthy China.The article reviews on-line health information behavior of the elderly focusing on the concept,the current research status,influencing factors,which include demo-graphic characteristics,personal health,technological information,and social support.It also puts forward the suggestions such as improving the current research status,enhancing education and training,paying attention to the online medical usage experience,and strengthening social support intervention.These suggesstions aim to provide a basis for improving the online health information behavior of the elderly in China and promoting the development of the cause of smart aging.
