摘要
目的 了解无症状高尿酸血症患者饮食控制知信行水平现状并分析其影响因素,为进一步制订饮食干预方案提供科学依据.方法 采用一般资料问卷、高尿酸血症患者饮食控制知信行量表、患者积极度量表对山西省某三级甲等医院体检中心进行血尿酸体检的 296 例无症状高尿酸血症患者进行调查.结果 无症状高尿酸血症患者饮食控制知信行总分为(88.91±12.39)分;患者积极度总分为(24.43±7.07)分.多元线性回归分析结果显示,性别、合并高血压/高血糖/高血脂、饮酒、运动量<5 000 步/d、患者积极度为无症状高尿酸血症患者饮食控制知信行的影响因素(P<0.05 或P<0.01).结论 无症状高尿酸血症患者饮食控制知信行水平亟待提高,医护人员可根据主要影响因素为其制订个体化的干预策略,提高患者疾病管理积极度,从而提高饮食控制知信行水平.
Abstract
Objective To investigate the status quo of knowledge,attitude and practice(KAP)of dietary control in asymptomatic hy-peruricemia patients and analyze its influencing factors.Methods A total of 296 asymptomatic hyperuricemia patients were surveyed using the general data questionnaire,Knowledge,Attitude,and Practice on Diet Control Questionnaire for Patients with Hyperuricemia,Patient Acti-vation Measure-13.Results The total score of KAP for dietary control in asymptomatic hyperuricemia patients was(88.91±12.39).The to-tal score of the patient activity was(24.43±7.07).Multiple linear regression analysis showed that being male,having a history of"three highs"(hypertension,hyperlipidemia,and hyperglycemia),alcohol consumption,exercise less than 5,000 steps per day,and low active dis-ease management were main factors affecting the KAP of dietary control in asymptomatic hyperuricemia patients(P<0.05 or P<0.01).Conclusion The level of knowledge,attitude and practice of diet control in asymptomatic hyperuricemia patients require improvement.Indi-vidualized intervention strategies should be taken to enhance the level of knowledge,attitude and practice of diet control.
