Construction of core competence evaluation index system for master of nursing specialist students of critical care
Objective To construct a core competence evaluation index system for critical care nursing master's degree students based on Miller Pyramid Model.Methods A preliminary draft of core competency indicator system was developed by literature review.The core competency evaluation indicators of critically ill nursing master's degree graduate students were established through using expert consultation method.Results The effective response rates of the two rounds of expert consultation were 94.12%and 100.00%,respectively.The authority coefficients for the two rounds of expert consultation were 0.888 and 0.909,respectively.The Kendall's harmony coefficients for the importance of each item in the two rounds of expert consultation from 0.143 to 0.220 and 0.145 to 0.218,respectively(P<0.01).The final core competency evaluation index system for critically ill nursing master's degree graduate students included 6 primary indicators,18 secondary indicators,and 52 tertiary indicators.Conclusion The core competency evaluation index system for critical care nursing master's students is scientifically and effectively evaluate the education status of critical care nursing master's degree graduates and provide effective help for personal development.
