摘要
目的 建立软式内镜清洗消毒质量生物学监测采样环节指标体系,为临床全面且科学地评价内镜再处理质量提供可靠依据.方法 通过文献法建立软式内镜清洗消毒质量生物学监测采样环节指标池,采用Delphi法完成两轮专家咨询确定指标,应用层次分析法确定指标权重.结果 共进行两轮专家咨询,问卷有效回收率分别为 100%、96.67%,专家权威系数分别为 0.874、0.928,肯德尔和谐系数介于 0.139~0.240(P均<0.001).构建的指标包括 7 个Ⅰ级指标,29 个Ⅱ级指标.结论 通过文献分析法、Delphi法和层次分析法,构建了科学、严谨的软式内镜清洗消毒质量生物学监测采样环节指标,能较全面地评价内镜再处理质量,可为临床内镜洗消质量监控提供参考.
Abstract
Objective To establish a biological monitoring and sampling index system for cleaning and disinfection quality of soft endo-scopes,provide a reliable basis for comprehensive and scientific evaluation of endoscopic reprocessing quality in clinical practice.Methods A pool of indicators for biological monitoring of soft endoscopy cleaning and disinfection quality was established by literature method,two rounds of experts consultation were completed to determine the indicators by Delphi method,and the weights of the indicators were determined by hi-erarchical analysis method.Results A total of two rounds of expert consultation were conducted,and the effective recovery rates of question-naires were 100%and 96.67%,with expert authority coefficients of 0.874 and 0.928,and Kendall's harmony coefficients ranging from 0.139 to 0.240(all P<0.001).The constructed indicators included 7 level Ⅰ indicators and 29 level Ⅱ indicators.Conclusion Through the literature analysis method,Delphi method and hierarchical analysis method,scientific and rigorous indicators of sampling link for biological monitoring of soft endoscopic cleaning and disinfection quality are constructed,which can evaluate the quality of endoscopic reprocessing in a more comprehensive way,and can be used as a reference for clinical endoscopic decontamination and disinfection quality monitoring.
