Construction and application of digital happiness theory health education program in patients with chronic hepatitis B
Objective To Explore the application effect of digital happiness theory health education program for chronic hepatitis B pa-tients.Methods Convenience sampling method was used to select patients with chronic hepatitis B in the Department of Infectious Diseases and Liver Diseases Clinic and Clinical Cure Clinic of Chronic Hepatitis B in a Shanxi hospital from January 2021 to June 2022 as the control group.From July 2022 to December 2023,the patients were treated as the intervention group.The control group adopted the routine health edu-cation and the intervention group adopted the digital happiness theory health education program on the basis of the control group.The scores of stress perception,stigma,fear of disease progression,self-management and well-being index were compared between the two groups.Results After the intervention,the scores of stress perception,stigma,and fear of disease progression in the intervention group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.01).The scores of self-management and well-being index in the intervention group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion The digital happiness theory health education program is conducive to reducing the degree of stress perception,stigma,and fear of disease progression in patients with chronic hepatitis B,and it can improve the self-management abili-ty and well-being of patients.
