The construction that based on the three-dimensional quality structure model of evaluation index system for the Traditional Chinese Medicine nursing service ability of pension institutions
Objective A set of evaluation index system for the Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM)nursing service capacity of the elderly care institutions was constructed to provide an objective reference basis for improving the pension service system,improving the service quality and promoting the development of the TCM nursing service.Methods Based on the three-dimensional quality structure model,the preliminary framework of the evaluation system was built by studying relevant literature and theoretical analysis.By the Delphi expert letter in-quiry method,two rounds of questionnaire survey were conducted on 15 experts in related fields to collect and refine their professional opin-ions,and then adjusted the index items,and finally determined the evaluation index system.Results After two rounds of enquiry,the expert positive coefficients were both 100.00%.The expert judgment coefficients were 0.923 and 0.900.The degrees of familiarity were 0.840 and 0.760.The authority coefficients were 0.882 and 0.830.The Kendall coordination coefficients were 0.119 and 0.115(P＜0.05).The final pen-sion institutions TCM nursing service ability evaluation index system included 3 primary indicators,13 secondary indicators,54 tertiary indica-tors.Conclusion The evaluation construction that based on the three-dimensional quality structure model of evaluation index system for the TCM nursing service ability of pension institutions is scientific,comprehensive and operability,which has great significant meaning to enhance and objectively evaluate the ability of TCM nursing service.
