The research of latent profile analysis of outcome expectations and its influencing factors on total knee arthroplasty patients
Objective To analyze latent profiles of outcome expectations on total knee arthroplasty(TKA)patients and to explore in-fluencing factors of different categories. Methods From July to December 2022,convenience sampling was used to selected a total of 360 pa-tients who planned to undergo TKA in the orthopedics department of two Class A tertiary hospital in Lanzhou as the research object.Hospital for Special Surgery Knee Replacement Expectations Survey(HSS-KRES)were used to investigate, and the 17 items of HSS-KRES scores were used as the explicit indicators for latent profile analysis.Univariate analysis and Logistic regression were used to explore the influencing factors of different latent profiles of outcome expectations. Results The treatment outcome expectations of TKA patients was divided into two latent profiles:low outcome expectation group(45.00% )and high outcome expectation group(55.00% ).The influencing factors included age, course of disease and preoperative anxiety. Conclusion The medical staff should develop individualized and detailed intervention meas-ures based on the patient's category characteristics, timely adjust the patient's expected level, avoid it being too high or too low, improve the satisfaction of TKA patients, and promote functional recovery.
