Potential profile and influencing factors analysis of the positivity of thyroid cancer patients
Objective To explore and analyze the potential categories and influencing factors of positivity in thyroid cancer patients,to provide empirical evidence for the development of clinical intervention strategies.Methods A total of 188 thyroid cancer patients who were admitted to the day surgery ward from March to July 2023 were selected as research objects.The General Information Questionnaire,Patient Activation Measure,General Self-Efficacy Scale,Acceptance Scale were used for the survey.Mplus 8.3 software was used to explore the poten-tial categories of patient positivity,and Logistic regression was used to analyze the influencing factors of potential categories.Results The positivity of daytime thyroid cancer patients could be divided into two potential categories,including high accumulation extreme active adapta-tion(42.04% ),and low accumulation extreme coping dependence(7.98% ).The type of main caregiver,medical insurance,and disease ac-ceptance were their potential influencing factors(P＜0.05).Conclusion There are two potential categories of positivity in thyroid cancer pa-tients,with low accumulation extreme coping dependence being the main type.This suggestes that clinical medical staff should develop person-alized and effective intervention strategies for patients according to the potential categories and their influencing factors,to improve the self-management and positivity levels of daytime thyroid cancer patients.
