Development of nursing quality evaluation index system in operating room based on three-dimensional quality structure mod-el
Objective To construct an evaluation index system of nursing quality in operating room based on three-dimensional quality structure model,aiming to provide a scientific,practical and feasible quality evaluation and management basis for clinical nursing in operating room.Methods Based on clinical quality management standards,literature review,guidelines and national assessment standards,the quality index system was established with the three-dimensional quality structure model of ＂structure-process-result＂,and the evaluation index of nursing quality was modified by Delphi method,group discussion and analytic hierarchy process.Results The effective recovery rates of the two rounds of expert consultation were 100% .The expert authority coefficients were 0.897 and 0.937.The index importance coordination coeffi-cients were 0.236 and 0.393.The index feasibility coordination coefficients were 0.236 and 0.304.The Kendall harmony coefficient was P＜0.001.Finally,an evaluation index system including 20 structural indicators,58 process indicators and 20 result indicators was formed.Conclusion The evaluation index system is built using scientific method based on clinical best practice,which has good scientificity and ap-plicability,and can provide reference standard to evaluate nursing quality in operating room.
