Effect of Different Plant Growth Regulators on the Quality of Potato Tubers
The effect of different plant growth regulators(PGRS)on the quality of potato tubers were studied from a field experiment , and the results were analyzed. It showed that every treatments were significantly reduced starch and reducing sugar content of potato tubers, the soluble protein content of potato tubers had no significant effect, and it had different levels significant effects on phenols and vitamin C content of potato tubers.
