PEG引发种子对大豆产量及主要农艺性状的影响

为了探索PEG引发对大豆产量和主要农艺性状的影响,研究利用不同浓度PEG(0、5%、10%、15%、20%、25%)处理抗线10号和垦大18号2个大豆品种种子浸种12 h,用蒸馏水漂洗3遍回干后种于田间。测量产量、节数、两粒荚、三粒荚、单株粒重、百粒重等指标。试验结果表明:用PEG处理过的种子产量提高且10%PEG处理过的大豆种子产量高于其他。节数、两粒荚、三粒荚、单株粒重、百粒重等农艺性状与CK相比均达到极显著水平。
Effects of PEG Priming Seed on Yield and Main Agronomic Traits of Soybean
To study the effects of PEG priming seed on yield and main agronomic traits of soybean,two varieties of soybean seed which were Kangxian 10 and Ken Da 18 were soaked for 12 hours with different concentration of PEG (0,5%,10%,15%,20%, 25%),then rinsed with distilled water for 3 times and the dehydrated seeds were planted in the field. The yield and main agronomic traits including the node number,seed pod of two,seed pod of three,seed weight per plant,100-seed weight were measured. The results showed that the yield of soybean treated by PEG was increased,especially the one with 10 percent concentration. It achieved 0.01 significant compared to the blank control in main agronomic traits including node number,seed pod of two,seed pod of three, seed weight of per plant and 100-seed weight.
