Effects of Hydroponics on Soil Humus Composition of Meadow Black Soil under Different Cultivation Years
To clarify the variation of soil humus component content in paddy field under different reclamation years in the Sanjiang Plain. The meadow black soil in Sanjiang Plain of Northeast China was investigated under different reclamation years. The results showed that with the increase of reclamation years, the content of each component of soil humus in meadow black soil changed differently after upland tillage was changed to paddy tillage, the content of humic acid and fulvic acid in meadow black soil decreased first and then increased with the increase of hydroponic years, and the content of humic acid decreased first and then stabilized,in addition, the variation range of each content in the plough layer soil of meadow black soil was greater than that in the bottom layer and the core layer soil of plough. With the increase of reclamation years, the PQ values of the bottom soil of plough layer and plough layer increased first and then showed a steady trend, while the PQ values of the middle soil layer decreased first and then increased. The change rate of humic components in meadow black soil was different after changing from upland to hydroponics, and the humic degree of soil in plough layer was higher than that in bottom layer and core layer. The soil in the black soil region of northeast China changed to paddy field after reclamation and planting rice.
