Effects of Nitrogen Fertilizer Reduction on Soil Fungal Diversity in Paddy Field under Continuous Straw Returning
In order to explore the effect of nitrogen fertilizer reduction on soil fungal diversity under the condition of continuous full-amount straw return,a seven-year positioning experiment was carried out in the science and technology demonstration zone of Qianjin farm in Heilongjiang province, and a total of 7 treatments were set up,with no straw and no nitrogen fertilizer(N0S0).Single straw(N0S);Straw return +100%nitrogen fertilizer(NS);Straw return + nitrogen fertilizer reduction by 10%(N1S);Straw return+ nitrogen fertilizer reduction by 20%(N2S),straw return+nitrogen fertilizer application reduction by 10%(N3S).The changes of soil microbial diversity in 0-20 cm soil layer were compared by conventional nitrogen fertilizer(NS0)without straw application. The results showed that the reduction of nitrogen fertilizer application under the condition of straw return could significantly increase the relative abundance of saprophytes, soil saprophytes and plant parasites, and increase the relative abundance of fungi such as Ascomycota,Basidiomycota,Angiomycota, and unclassified_Fungi.Nitrogen fertilizer reduction of 20%(N2S)and nitrogen fertilizer reduction of 30%(N3S)increased fungal OUT value, fungal ACE index and Chao1 index, and enhanced saprophytes.
