Alkaloids from Cephalotaxus oliveri Mast.and its Antitumor Activities
To study the chemical constituents of Cephalotaxus oliveri Mast.,eleven alkaloids were isolated and identified from its et-hanol extract by various chromatographic and spectral methods.Bocconoline(7),(2Z)-1,2-dihydro-2-(1H-indol-3-ylmethylene)-3H-indol-3-one(8),1-methoxy-3-indoleacetonitrile(9),4-methoxy-1H-indole-3-carbaldehyde(10)and indole-3-carboxaldehyde(11)were isolated from Cephalotaxus genus for the first time. The antiproliferative effects of compounds 1~11 against human breast cancer cell line MCF-7,human liver cancer cell line HepG2 and human lung cancer cell line A549 in vitro were assayed by CCK-8 method, among them,isoharringtonine(1)and harringtonine(2)showed significant antiproliferative activities.
