Study on the Coordination of Fresh Agricultural Products Supply Chain under Stochastic Output and Demand with Risk-Averse Retailer
A two-level fresh agricultural supply chain system consisting of a risk-neutral supplier and a risk-averse retailer was constructed under the condition that both output and demand were random.Using conditional value at risk(CVaR)as a risk measurement tool, the optimal order quantity of retailers and the optimal production input volume of suppliers under centralized decision making and decentralized decision making were studied respectively. The coordination problem of supply chain was studied by designing the combination contract of benefit sharing and risk sharing. The research showed that supply chain coordination could be realized under the combination contract of benefit sharing and risk sharing, when the ratio of benefit sharing and risk compensation meeted certain conditions. Finally, the important parameters of the model were analyzed by numerical simulation.
