黑龙江省作为我国大豆的主产区之一,大豆加工产业在国内外市场中均占有重要地位.为进一步提升农产品加工的竞争力,黑龙江省致力于推进相关领域的建设与发展,其中大豆加工方面已取得了显著成果.然而,随着市场需求的持续增长和消费者对食品安全问题的日益关注,大豆加工企业仍面临着严峻的质量安全挑战.为提升产业层次,迎合市场需求,结合黑龙江省大豆加工的质量安全现状,特此提出了大豆加工质量安全隐患的一系列解决策略,以提升黑龙江省大豆加工行业的整体质量和安全水平,推动产业健康、稳定发展.
Research on Hazards and Effective Solving Strategies of Soybean Processing Quality and Safety in Heilongjiang Province
As the one of the main producing areas of soybean in China,the soybean processing in Heilongjiang province has dominated in domestic and foreign markets.In order to further promote the competitiveness of agricultural products processing industries,Heilongjiang Province is committed to promote the construction and development of relevant field,a remarkable achievement have been developed in soybean processing.However,with the continuous growth of market demand and the increasing attention of consumers on food safety issues,soybean processing enterprises are still facing serious quality and safety challenges.In order to enhance the industrial level and cater to the market demand,as well as combine with the quality and safety situation of soybean processing in Heilongjiang Province,a series of feasible solving strategies are proposed,it aims to strengthen the total quality and safety level of the soybean processing industry and promote the healthy and stable development of industry in Heilongjiang province.
