Regulatory Effects of Diethyl Aminoethyl Hexanoate and Thidiazuron and Combination on Yield and Quality of Soybean
To ascertain the effect of diethyl aminoethyl hexanoate and thidiazuron and their mixture on yield and quality of soybean, the agents with appropriate concentration were foliar sprayed at R1 stage of plant in the buckets.Kennong 18 was used as test variety.Spraying diethyl aminoethyl hexanoate, thidiazuron and their mixture were the treatment groups and spraying water was the control.Soybean yield, quality, dry matter accumulation and sucrose metabolism were measured after spraying. The results showed that diethyl aminoethyl hexanoate, thiadizuron and their mixture with a proper concentration effectively enhanced sucrose phosphate synthetase and sucrose synthetase activities, increased dry weight of leaves and sucrose content in leaves. The leaf dry weights were increased by 5.06%-22.85%,14.47%-28.50%and 1.45%-6.72%,respectively.Sucrose contents were increased by 9.94%-19.69%,11.92%-48.57%and 18.49%-118.26%,respectively.Among them,0.2 mg·L-1 thidiazuron and the mixture of 20 mg·L-1 diethyl aminoethyl hexanoate and 0.1 mg·L-1 thidiazuron increased the grain weight per plant by 19.10%and 19.16%.The combination of 60 mg·L-1 diethyl aminoethyl hexanoate with 0.6mg·L-1 thidiazuron was beneficial to quality improvement, which increased the protein and fat content by 6.20%and 7.78%,respectively.
