摘要

为探究不同环境对金狗尾草种子萌发和休眠率的影响,采用多种处理方法对金狗尾草种子的发芽势、平均芽长、萌发率和休眠率进行测定.结果显示,在 25℃条件下,金狗尾草种子发芽势为 57.71%,萌发率为 74.10%,休眠率为 9.71%;浸种和干湿处理能够降低金狗尾草种子的萌发率,高温能打破金狗尾草种子的休眠,老化处理显著降低种子萌发活力,增加种子休眠率;低浓度NAA促进种子的发芽,高浓度NAA抑制种子发芽;低浓度NaHCO3、Na2CO3 和NaCl对金狗尾草的萌发率和芽长影响极小.

Abstract

In order to explore the effects of different environments on the germination and dormancy rate of Setaria glauca seeds,the germination potential,average bud length,germination rate and dormancy rate of Setaria glauca seeds were determined by various treatment methods.The results showed that the germination potential,germination rate and dormancy rate of Setaria glauca seeds were 57.71%,74.10%and 9.71%respectively at 25℃.Seed soaking and dry-wet treatment can reduce the germination rate of Setaria glauca seeds,high temperature can break the dormancy of Setaria glauca seeds,and aging treatment can significantly reduce the germination activity of seeds and increase the dormancy rate of seeds.Low concentration NAA promotes seed germination,while high concentration NAA inhibits seed germination;Low concentrations of NaHCO3,Na2CO3 and NaCl had little effect on the germination rate and bud length of Setaria glauca seeds.
