Identification and SSR Cluster Analysis of Potato Germplasm Resources Resistant to Black Scurf
Potato black scurf has become an important soil-borne disease affecting potato yield and commodity value. In order to enrich potato germplasm resources resistant to black scurf and improve the efficiency of breeding for resistance to black scurf,54 potato germplasm resources were evaluated for resistance to black scurf in underground stems and stolons.A total of 7 moderately resistant resources were screened, which were Ke 17-33-270,Long 18-124-8,Long 18-7-100,ND11-7-22,Ke 18-134-5,Ke 17-115-1 and Ke 17-6-9.Eight pairs of SSR suitable primers were used to amplify the DNA of seven resistant materials by PCR,and 42 polymorphic bands were obtained, the polymorphism rate was 89.36%,and the genetic similarity coefficient was between 0.444 4 and 0.833 3.Based on the similarity coefficient of 0.62,the seven resistant materials could be divided into three categories, including ke 18-134-5 and Ke17-115-1.Long 18-124-8 and Long 18-7-100were in the same category;Ke17-33-270,ND11-7-22 and Ke17-6-9 were in the same category.
