器官的形成是一个复杂的生物学过程,需要多个信号途径的共同调节.以近期果蝇翅发育的相关研究为基础,介绍果蝇翅发育中不同信号途径对幼虫翅原基形态建立的调控机制,并阐述维持器官完整性的相关机理,为器官体外建立与损伤修复的相关研究提供一定理论参考.
Research Progress on Wing Morphology Establishment of Drosophila Melanogaster
Organ formation is a complex biological process that requires the regulation of multiple signaling pathways.Based on the recent studies on Drosophila melanogaster wing development,it was introduced that the regulatory mechanisms of different signaling pathways in drosophila wing development on the formation of larval wing primordia,and the relevant mechanisms of organ integrity maintenance were expounded,providing some theoretical references for organ establishment and damage repair in vitro.
