构建教师教育专业集群是深化应用型大学内涵建设和产教融合人才培养模式改革的重要举措.教师教育专业集群建设应遵循共通共联,共享共建;突出应用,强化对接;深化改革,提升质量的原则.搭建"校政校"协同育人平台是教师教育专业集群建设的主要路径,具体包括重构教师教育专业集群的人才培养模式,重组教师教育专业集群的课程体系,重整教师教育专业集群的实践教学条件,重建教师教育专业集群的师资队伍,重塑教师教育专业集群的质量保障体系,重立教师教育专业集群的组织和运行保障机制等.
Abstract
The construction of teachers'education professional cluster is an important measure to deepen the connotation construction of applied universities and the reform of talent training model of production-education inte-gration.The construction of teachers'education professional cluster should follow some principles,such as common and co-association,sharing and co-construction;highlighting the application and strengthening the docking;deepe-ning reform and improving quality.Building a cooperative education platform of"University-Government-School"is the main path for the construction of teachers'education professional cluster,including reconstructing the talent training model of teachers'education professional cluster,restructuring the curriculum system of teachers'educa-tion professional cluster,restructuring the conditions of practical teaching and learning of teachers'education pro-fessional cluster,rebuilding the teaching staff of teachers'education professional cluster,reshaping the quality as-surance system of teachers'education professional cluster,and re-establishing the mechanism for ensuring the or-ganization and operation of teachers'education professional cluster.
