The construction of teaching staff in colleges and universities is related to education and science prospering country and the high-quality development of education.On the basis of fully understanding the signifi-cance of training teachers in local colleges and universities(hereinafter referred to as"local colleges and universi-ties),this paper puts forward the following three measures:adhering to the concept of development and doing a good job in training planning;adhering to maintaining the positive innovation and perfecting the training path;strengthening the match of person and post and creating a training environment.We hope to build a team of teach-ers with firm political thoughts,excellent teachers'ethics,skillful professional skills and outstanding backbone function through careful cultivation,so as to promote the faster and better development of education.
