摘要

通过分析教师写作如何促进教学反思、知识整合与创新能力发展,探讨教师写作在专业成长中的重要性.阐述学术论文的撰写活动,不仅能够帮助教师系统地梳理教学经验,深化对教育理论与实践的理解,而且还能提升教师思维能力与解决问题的能力,引领教学不断创新.教师通过论文的写作与发表,孕育独特的教育思想、完善新颖的教育教学行为,在写作行动研究中,规范写作行为、锤炼专业表达,提升教师职业素养,让写作成为教师专业成长进阶的动力,成就卓越教师.

Abstract

This paper analyzes how teachers'writing promotes the development of teaching reflection,knowl-edge integration and innovation ability,and discusses the importance of teachers'writing in professional growth.Expounding the writing activities of academic papers can not only help teachers systematically sort out teaching ex-perience to deepen the understanding of educational theory and practice,but also improve teachers'thinking ability and problem-solving ability to lead the continuous innovation of teaching.Through the writing and publication of pa-pers,teachers can nurture unique educational ideas and improve novel educational and teaching behaviors.In the action research of writing,they can standardize writing behaviors,refine professional expressions,and improve their professional qualities.Thus,writing becomes the driving force for teachers'professional growth and helps them be-come outstanding teachers.
