On the basis of systematically sorting out the world experience of international talent training in col-leges and universities,this paper deeply discusses the characteristic paradigm of Chinese colleges and universities in this field.Through comparative analysis,it is found that international talent training in colleges and universities has risen to the national development strategy,whether in developed countries or emerging economies.While draw-ing on the successful international experience,Chinese colleges and universities have also formed a model of inter-national talent training with Chinese characteristics in combination with their own reality,and constructed the work-ing mechanism of macro guidance of the government,main responsibility of schools,and community cooperation.
