摘要
随着职业教育的持续推进与深化改革,"1+X"书证融通制度已成为高职院校人才培养的崭新范式.基于此,首先阐述1+X证书制度的概念和特点,其次分析高职院校人才培养模式的现状,再次探讨"1+X"制度实施的必要性和可行性,并基于"1+X"书证融通背景提出高职院校人才培养模式的构建策略,以期提高高职院校的教育品质,并显著增强毕业生的就业竞争力,使他们在日益激烈的职场竞争中脱颖而出.
Abstract
With the continuous promotion and deepening reform of vocational education,the"1+X"integra-tion system of documentary evidence has become a new paradigm for talent training in higher vocational colleges.Based on this,this paper first expounds the concept and characteristics of"1+X"certificate system,and analyzes the current situation of the talent training mode in higher vocational colleges,and then discusses the necessity and feasibility of the implementation of"1+X"system.Based on the background of"1+X"integration of documenta-ry evidence,this paper puts forward the construction strategy of talent training mode in higher vocational colleges to improve the educational quality of higher vocational colleges and significantly enhance the employment competitive-ness of graduates,so that they can stand out in the increasingly fierce competition in the workplace.
