复合增效型沥青面层在高海拔干线公路路用性能研究

为了研究复合增效型沥青面层在高海拔地区干线公路抗车辙效果,在研究复合增效剂作用机理的基础上,分别采用高温抗车辙性能试验和冻融劈裂试验,研究沥青混合料掺入复合增效剂后路用性能的变化。最后通过试验段现场检测分析复合增效型AC-20 沥青混合料路面抗车辙性能。试验结果表明:沥青胶结料掺入复合增效剂后,通过提高沥青 60℃粘度来进一步提升沥青混合料高温抗车辙性能;同时由于沥青高温粘度降低,从而改善了沥青混合料施工和易性。沥青混合料掺入复合增效剂后能够较大程度的提高高温抗车辙性能和抗水损坏性能。
Research on the Pavement Performance of Composite Efficiency Enhanced Asphalt Surface in High Altitude Trunk Line Roads
In order to study the anti-rutting effect of compound synergistic asphalt surface in high altitude area trunk highway,this pa-per uses high temperature anti-rutting performance test and freeze-thaw splitting test respectively to study the change of road per-formance of asphalt mixture mixed with compound synergistic agent on the basis of the mechanism of compound synergistic agent.Fi-nally,the rutting resistance of the compound synergist AC-20 asphalt mixture was analyzed by the field test in the test section.The test results show that:after the asphalt binder is incorporated with the compound synergist,the high temperature rutting resistance of the asphalt mixture is further improved by increasing the viscosity of the asphalt at 60℃;meanwhile,the high temperature viscosity of the asphalt is reduced,thus improving the construction and ease of the asphalt mixture.The high temperature rutting resistance and water damage resistance can be improved to a greater extent by incorporating the compound synergist into the asphalt mixture.
