为了评估在役高速公路沥青路面剩余服务年限并提出合理的结构补强方案,基于无机层疲劳开裂模型和沥青层永久变形模型,通过模量实测和反演模量折减,对相应结构层的剩余寿命进行评价,最后根据结构补强分析,明确加铺层模量和抗车辙性能需求,工程应用结果表明:所提出的基于无机层疲劳开裂模型和沥青层永久变形模型,可以有效地评估在役高速公路剩余寿命.
Residual Life Evaluation of Pavement Structure Based on Material Performance
In order to evaluate the remaining service life of asphalt pavement of expressway in service and put forward a reasonable structural reinforcement scheme,based on the fatigue cracking model of inorganic layer and the permanent deformation model of asphalt layer,this paper evaluates the remaining life of the corresponding structural layer through modulus measurement and inversion modulus reduction.Finally,according to the structural reinforcement analysis,the requirements of overlay modulus and rutting resistance per-formance are clarified,and the application demonstration is given in combination with the project.The results show that the proposed fa-tigue cracking model of inorganic layer and permanent deformation model of asphalt layer can effectively evaluate the remaining life of expressway in service.
