基于激光式高速弯沉测定仪的路面结构强度快速检测评价

分析了激光式高速弯沉测定仪检测过程中的影响因素,验证了检测重复性、检测速度和检测温度对检测结果的影响并提出修正方法.建立了路面结构强度整体与分层的快速检测评价指标和评价体系,对于路面整体的结构强度根据路面结构强度指数PSSI评估,使用土基模量反演与结构整体当量回弹模量反演的结果评价不同层位结构强度.并依托平广高速,利用激光式高速弯沉测定仪对路面结构强度进行检测评价,结果表明:平广高速结构状况PSSI总平均值为79.52,评价为中;土基模量反演结果较为良好,但结构整体当量回弹模量反演结果较差,主要原因是平广高速裂缝病害和隐性病害较多、材料性能衰减导致结构强度偏低.
Rapid Detection and Evaluation of Pavement Structure Strength Based on Testing System of Laser High Speed Deflectometer
The influencing factors of the detection process of Testing System of Laser High Speed Deflectometer were analyzed,and the influence of detection repeatability,detection speed and detection temperature on the detection results was verified,and correction methods were proposed.A rapid detection and evaluation index and evaluation system for the overall and layered strength of pavement structure were established,and the structural strength of the pavement as a whole was evaluated according to the pavement structure strength index PSSI,and the results of soil foundation modulus inversion and structural equivalent rebound modulus inversion were used to evaluate the structural strength of different layers.Relying on the Pingguang Expressway,Testing System of Laser High Speed Deflec-tometer was used to detect and evaluate the strength of the pavement structure,and the results showed that the total average value of PSSI in the structural condition of Pingguang Expressway was 79.52,and the evaluation was medium;The soil foundation modulus in-version results were relatively good,but the overall equivalent rebound modulus inversion results of the structure were poor,mainly due to the large number of crack diseases and hidden diseases in Pingguang Expressway and the low structural strength caused by the atten-uation of material properties.
