Design and Parametric Analysis of Steel Pipe Pile Anti-collision Pier
In order to prevent damage to constructed bridges due to ship strikes,a independent steel pipe pile anti-collision pier was designed and its load bearing capacity was verified using midas Civil finite element software, using the Dashi Bridge as a background. On this basis, the effect of pile spacing, steel pipe wall thickness, tie beam size and number of tie beams on the crash-worthiness of the anti-collision pier is investigated. The results show that:the independent anti-collision pier designed meets the requirements of collision prevention capacity;the pile spacing can improve the bending deformation performance of the structure;the force performance of the structure is significantly affected by the wall thickness of the steel pipe, with the increase of the wall thickness, the energy-de-mand ratio of the structure can be increased by 34%;the increase of the size and quantity of the tied beam can improve the overall force of the structure, the stress of the tied beam decreases significantly with the increase of the size and quantity,of which the size of the tie beam has a greater effect.
